To be eligible for a return or exchange, hair products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. All original packaging and tags must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not meet these criteria.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Include copy of order invoice.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if available) and ship them to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
5. Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
